Two videos are created - an unbranded tour for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. On-camera agent introductions are available at no additional cost. Aerial footage is included if deemed advantageous to the marketing of the property. Local weather conditions at the time of the shoot, safety concerns, and proximity to airports are additional factors that determine whether or not we are able to fly.
